Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rezolvedesk (the "Service"), provided by Apothem IT Solutions LLP. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rezolvedesk is helpdesk and ticketing software offered on a subscription basis. Features may be added, changed or improved over time as part of ongoing development.

3. Fair use

"Unlimited agents" means we do not meter or charge per seat. It does not mean there are no limits at all. The subscription is licensed for the genuine support operations of a single business. If usage indicates multiple distinct companies sharing one account, or a workload well outside typical helpdesk patterns, we will contact you to discuss it before making any change.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers put into the Service. You may export it at any time. We access it only to operate and support the Service.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apothem IT Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel in line with our Refund & Cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, giving notice where reasonable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
