This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Rezolvedesk, provided by Apothem IT Solutions LLP.
Subscriptions
Rezolvedesk is billed as a flat annual subscription of ₹20,000 per year covering unlimited agents under fair use.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to contact@rezolvedesk.com.
- On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term. It will not renew after that.
- You can export your ticket data before the term ends; we can assist if you need help.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a new annual purchase: if the Service does not meet your needs, contact us for a full refund of that term's fee.
- After 14 days: annual fees are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the term, since the subscription is billed for the full year.
- Service issues: if a persistent problem on our side prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it, contact us — we will review the situation and may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
How to request
Email contact@rezolvedesk.com with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
